Al Khattal app allows a property manager/supervisor to provide timely customer service by resolving maintenance issues reported by tenants. Special features enable the tenant to include photos, voice recording, messaging and comments. Siyana is great for small, medium, and large properties maintenance management.
Al Khattal app has 2 mobile app actors: 1) A tenant who report maintenance issue and 2) A building supervisor who receive and solve reported maintenance issues. Al Khattal app also has an admin panel for landlord to see an overview of all requests and their current status.
